Manage or cancel your subscription

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Brainswap, or from the app (Settings → Membership, which opens the same Apple page). Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial or period ends and you won't be charged again; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore purchases

New phone? Open Brainswap → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. In the EU and UK you can also withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under Apple's terms (see our Terms). If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll help.

Export or delete your data

Settings → Export gives you a CSV with everything, free. Settings → Delete all my data erases what the app keeps on your phone; deleting the app does the same.

Privacy requests

To access or delete the little data we hold about you (purchases, analytics, waitlist), write to us with the support ID shown in the app (Settings → Support) or the email you used for the waitlist. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Brainswap available yet?
Not yet. We're building it now. Leave your email and we'll write to you once, when it's ready.
How does it know I opened an app?
On iPhone, you set up a Shortcuts automation for each app you pick. On Android, an accessibility setting that only reads which app is on screen, never what's inside it. Your Screen Time data stays on your phone.
Who writes the cards?
We draft them with AI assistance from public sources such as NASA, encyclopedias and public-domain texts, check every card against its source and have a person review them. Each card names its source, and you can report an error from the card.
Does it lock me out of apps?
No. You can always go on to the app. Brainswap puts one short card first, and you decide what's next.
How much will it cost?
Brainswap will be free to start, with Brainswap Pro for every app and topic: a free trial, then a yearly or monthly plan. No weekly plans. We'll publish the prices before launch.
Which languages and phones?
We're starting with English and Spanish, on iPhone and Android.
